Notes:
- Every company must have at least one individual director. Director(s) need not be resident in Hong Kong.
- Every company must have a registered office in Hong Kong.
- Every company must have at least one member. To expedite the incorporation process, our incorporated companies will subscribe one share and immediately transfer this one share to new shareholder upon acquisition.
- If a company has only one member and that member is the sole director of the company, the company may in general meeting nominate a natural person who has attained the age of 18 years as a reserve director of the company to act in the place of the sole director in the event of his death.
- There is no minimum requirement on the amount of share capital. The standard amount of share capital of our ready-made company is HK$1.00.
- Every company must have a secretary who must be an individual resident in Hong Kong or a company incorporated or registered in Hong Kong. The sole director of a company cannot also be the secretary of the company.
